The full scope.
The event licence covers Organizer Studio and crew access for one rally. It includes up to 50 crews and three rally days; additional crews are charged per event. The first usable product version will be tested before its first real event.

For each crew above 50: an additional €5 net. Participants pay nothing. We provide an individual quote for longer events or those requiring more extensive support.

One event or a package
Individual bookings offer flexibility for occasional rallies. A firm commitment to three or six events reduces the price per event.
Participants included
Drivers and co-drivers use the mobile area published for their crew without having to buy their own licence.
Extra services as needed
Complex data preparation, custom changes or extensive on-site support are agreed separately. They are not automatically included in the event price.

Good to know.
Is Girostoria ready for real events today?
Not yet. The interactive demo uses sample data. Before the first real event, the agreed features will be completed, tested with the organiser and approved for use before the rally.
Is timing included?
Built-in professional precision timing is outside the initial scope. Girostoria focuses on event organisation, the programme, communication and participant information. Results can be imported from the existing timing system and displayed once published.
Does Girostoria create the roadbook automatically?
No. Existing GPX routes and roadbook files can be distributed. This package does not include a specialist tulip editor or automatic roadbook creation.
What would an event with 75 crews cost?
Under the planned model, €324 net for up to three rally days: a €199 base price plus 25 additional crews at €5 each.
How do multi-event packages work?
A firm booking covers three or six events for the same organiser within twelve months. The scope is the same for each rally; additional crews are charged per event. The individual quote sets out booking and invoicing details.
How do I book another event?
At launch, bookings will be arranged through a quote and invoice. The plan is for organisers to see their booked and available events in Organizer Studio, with a credit allocated when a new rally is created. Direct purchases of additional events within Organizer Studio are planned for a later stage; that feature is not yet available. The participant app has no purchase process.
How will the first events be supported?
For the first events, we will agree the features, schedule, data transfer and support together. The individual quote will set out the exact scope and any additional services.
